Is there any mod or method to get rid of the 30 fps cap for entrances and some in game moves?

Enjoying the game but since the entrances and some in game animations & cutscenes and especially some moves still has 30 fps cap which is really frustirating.

How? Why??

Some close-up camera cuts and moves has a 30 fps cap in the game which feels extremely choppy.

Yeah, I noticed it on Xbox Series X, too. It's annoying when it goes from a steady 60FPS down to 30 as it's noticeably choppy.

Since the game has these frame rate caps it is weird that the PC benchmark can go so much higher as my PC setup is rated at like 300 FPS in the benchmark.  The screen tearing that happens during the entrances and cinematic moves is annoying which I guess is due to that 30 FPS cap on them.

If you use a nvidia you can toggle on V Sync which stops the choppy screen tearing thats the best I've been able to deal with it. You just need to set it up in control panel.
