Trying to mod again help??

Im trying to just get a understanding of how to bring the face into the game. I think I did everything right. but when I bring it into the game the head is invisible. Always so close but so far away at the same time....Im using the rock as a base

Well after hell and back....i finally got at least a face in the game.
