I’ve been looking and there’s literally no tutorial that actually shows you how to create mods for arenas, only ones showing you how to install created ones

i have an apron file I want to inject my own smackdown 2002 textures into because no one has made a mod for it yet but I cannot figure out for the life of me how to actually get my images in the pac file to replace the existing ones.

 

any help is greatly appreciated!!!
