WWE2K19: Can you mod PS4 CAWs into the PC version?

Is this even possible at this point? I would love to be able to port my PS4 creations into 2K19 for PC.

From what I can tell, it isn't possible.  The best you could probably do is use ninja ripper to get the textures and apply it to a mod.  I think Tekken or some others here have a tutorial for ripping caws and making them into mods.
