Transfer Mods

I just got a new computer and I was wondering if there was a way that I could transfer my mods from my old computer to my new one.

1. Fully install the game via Steam, make sure the download is finished. Maybe run the game once as well, then close Steam.

2. Rename the installed game Folder on the new computer (or more ideally, back it up to another drive).

3. Copy the game folder from the old computer via LAN (or if you have moved your old HDD to your new computer, you can copy it from there) to where it was installed on the new one.

4. If you have cloud saves enabled, your save game should automatically download from the cloud. Otherwise you'll have to copy your save game from the old computer to the new one as well.
