Help with Unpacked Arena Gfx

Hi I tried to download following mod: https://prowrestlingmods.io/file/beb1d892deec746fc453317df575da18

The problem is, that new arenas do not appear after doing exactly what is said in the guide. Does any of you have the same problem? Please let me know or give a solution://

this is for the gfx for the vanilla arenas. this doesnt add any arenas to your game
