How to create splash screens?

Hello all, I tried to find a tutorial on this, but I couldn't find one. It is entirely possible that I missed it though. Does anybody know where I can locate a tutorial on how to create splash screens? Any information is greatly appreciated.

This is the wrong section to ask questions.

A splash screen is basically an image in a particular resolution exported in bmp format. You can just download any 2k19 splash screen mod, use it as a size template in photoshop, save your gfx in .bmp format and place in WWE 2K19 folder.
