Hi, which belt mod are you installing?

If you are replacing the original belt, you need to remove the sideplates for the character whom it is assigned to .

Go to CREATE - CHAMPIONSHIP -CUSTOM SIDEPLATES

Select ASSIGN

Select the character you want , eg Roman Reigns,

Select RESET TO DEFAULT.
