ch pac files aren't actuall importing anymore.

Yesterday i was trying to fix an issue with renders and i did the always open pac files with option with pac_gui and last night i created a backup of my game and when i rebooted it on steam it was verifying the files, now it deleted my modded models and i can't get them back, i tried re-installing them through cct and regenerating the chunk at the end, but when i log back into the game, it's still the default characters.

i tried doing this to alundra blayze to turn her into aliyah, but it just won't work, i imported the ch pack file correctly in both slot of ring and entrance, i regened the chunk just as i have done always before and now it just won't update the original defaul alundra blayze model, i think this runs deep, should i delete my 2k19 game from steam and reinstall it? if i do that i'm gonna lose everything, all of my downloadable caws all 100 of them and i'd have to redownload them one by one in a period of 5 days because the game services only allow u to download 20 per day.
