Help needed with possible WWise issue...

Hi.

I am currently having a problem using WWise converting .WAV files into .WEM and I cannot seem to find my problem anywhere else in the forums or youtube.

Anytime I try to import a .WAV file, I recieve the message "Error: unsupported .WAV file format". I'm currently using version 2017.1.9.6501.

I am pretty new to the modding scene and any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance.

check if the sound editor version is that Sound Editor 2019 v1.2.0.0.

It isn't sound editor that's the problem. I have other .WAV files that I have downloaded which work perfectly fine. My problem is that when I try to convert a .WAV file in WWise to a .WEM file, the program says it's invalid.

hey im also new to this and im also getting error invalid wav file is there anything i can do about this please?
