Can't seem to readjust skintone of mod even after a few hours of trying

Hi guys, need some help... I have been ALC legacy's 2k18 WM34 Triple H (with Jacket) but I can't get to fix the skin tone after several hours of trying. 

It either just crashes or reboots 

May I ask if anyone who knows how it works to help me fix the skin tone? I'll send you the pac files just in case.

can you list your process step by step? also, 2k18 mods will need more than a skin fix to work with 2k20
