Problem with Sound Editor 2019

Heyo, is there something up with the Sound Editor 2019?
When I try to import a .wem track, this shows up.
Last Time I've done this ( about 2 Month ago) it worked perfectly fine.
Tried another track in another .pck, tried to deinstall with iObit Uninstaller and reinstall and even redownloaded it.unknown.png?width=1202&height=676
