Help with reinstalling arena port pack.

Long story short I accidentally deleted some music files so I rechecked everything on steam unaware it was gonna replace things I had installed I seem to got everything to work again my save, menu mod etc, but when I reinstall the arena mod 2015-2018 pack the game doesn't start up. That is the only arena pack I have installed any ideas?
