Ethical Modding Question

So recently started messing with pac editor and few other tools and I've pieced together some pretty cool things from other mods from some very great creators. My question what is the modding community like? Like I would never take credit for anothers creations because I feel its not ethical but I'm also a wrestling fan and I know some people would enjoy some of the things I've frankenstiened together. So how do you guys feel? Should I keep the creations to myself or share while also giving full credit to the original authors?

u have to take others stuff only after getting there permission or else it may result in a BAN...

Pretty much like all other modding communities, here.
Contact the creators to get permission. Once they give you the OK, credit them in your upload details. 
I haven't seen any stiff modders in this community. I'm pretty sure every single one will give you the OK if you take the time to ask and credit.
