Is Triple H '13 In The Game?

While working on Triple. I discovered that CCT lists "Triple '13" in slot 442. But, in the game, there is only "Triple H", "Triple H '01" and "Triple H '14" 

I assumed Slot 442 is just an open slot, but then, when I was in WrestleMinus, I also noticed "Triple H '13 Manager" listed.

Is Slot 442 an available slot or does Triple H '13 show up somewhere else in the game that I'm not aware of?

i think it is locked or something....when we check for id 442 it is available but it is locked i think

Triple H '13 is a Manager by default. He has a Referee Attire and a Manager Attire. You can change his Unlock Status with Data Editor if you want to.
