Modded Trons Reset

Hey, so unfortunately whenever I give Edge his updated trons they work when the game is running, when I reset the game however the trons like the apron, ramp, mini Trons all reset back to arena....is this normal or is there something that I forgot to do so that way it doesn't reset every time I start the game up again?

Did you perform a save in the game after setting the trons ? When you say reset the game, you you mean restart?
