superstar updating face or outfit of the superstar not working

hi ^^ im new in this modding thing and i have a problem when i updating superstar attire or face textutre etc i do everything but i get the update and the new outfit only in ring ... in entrance it show me the old attire 

any solution and thank youu ^^

did u modded the entrance attire also?

yess i did it but it always entrance old attire and old haircut exple : bayley  but in ring i get the update hair outfit etc ..

regenerate ur chunk0.def file and check

i regenerate the chunk file but its nothing change bayley entrance with old face and hair but i get the new texture only in ring
