Cant Mod/Add Character/Game Wont Save

Cant mod characters in anymore because everytime I exit out of the game and restart it the mod doesn't stay in game, it first happened when I tried to mod in Sandman and he wouldn't take. I don't know what to do about this and what would be the source of the problem, I literally can't mod the game right now for seemingly no reason. Also can't delete images in deletion utility. Can anybody help me out?

i also faced this kinda issue in 2K20...reinstalling the game fixed the issue for me....but u pls join our smacktalks discord server and post ur issue there so u may can get instant fix....

i literally don't know how to fix this issue in 2k19....so u may pls jointh the server therefore u will get.

do you force a save after you inject the pofo and moveset?
