ARENA LIGHTS before entrances

Is there a way to change the arena lights setting before entrances? 

some of the day time wrestle mania arenas i have from creators have dark light settings before entrances.

then once the entrance hit it goes to the actual day time setting

set the IBL in MISC04 to 5, 7, 24, 27, or 29
