Need help fixing this critical error in Data Editor 2019

I keep getting this error message when trying to save a moveset file in Data Editor, can anyone help me out?

The error message says "An error has occured while trying to save the file! Please check your permissions and try again!"

Are you running Data Editor from the DOWNLOADS or DESKTOP folders?

I will suggest moving the folder to a different location and try running it from there.

Data Editor was under my SSD but I moved it to my HDD and even after that it worked fine it just randomly started acting up. But Data Editor is currently in my HDD right now. Should I try moving it somewhere else and if so where? If not that then should I try just redownloading Data Editor?

But which folder location in your HDD have you placed it? You can also try reinstalling.

The Data Editor file is right when you open up the HDD. When you open the HDD it is there among other files.

Maybe try reinstalling. You wouldn't lose any data.

That got it working for now. If anything happens I'll be coming back here lol.
