Can't get updated String Pac file to work

So I updated some strings in my string.pac file and double checked and the changes were saved (filled some empty strings, and changed a few names, like Goldust to Dustin Rhodes and Rusev to Miro) and the string. pac file shows it's been updated but when I go to load the game, the changes don't show in the game. Names unchanged and empty strings still showing up despite they are corrected when I look them over in WrestleMinus. 

I cleared the chunk.def file and regenerated and that doesn't seem to work and the .bac I deleted and still no luck.

Does anyone have an idea what I can do to get my string file to update to changes? Thanks for any help.

Your string.pac has to be in this mods/SuperString/pac/string folder in order to work

The string.pac file is in the correct folder and it still giving me the same problem. If I open it through WrestleMinus, all changes are there but the game isn't showing them which makes no sense to me.
