Script/Cheat Table Cheat Engine: Toggle Extreme Rules, DQ, Ring Out

Came across a page on the forums regarding forcing on the extreme rules weapons, toggling on or off the dq, ring out, and elimination and more via chceat engine, but the scripts seem to be outdated. Wondering if anyone can help me out with new script/cheat table for toggling dq, ring out, elimination and extreme rules weapons on or off, or tell me what the addresses are to toggle these things. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
