How to enable Carlito and NPC on RGH Xbox 360?

Hey guys! I know that Carlito is left in the game code on WWE Smackdown Vs Raw 2011 and he is playable if you enable him. But i don't know how to enable characters on the xbox 360 version of the game. I have modded xbox 360 (rgh) and i will be able to use tools and mods. Thanks in advance!

Do you have a version of X-packer that allows you to open up catalog dlc files?
