Can I run MODS?

So I just bought a gaming PC this is what I own. 
 

corsair Vengeance 16 GB 2 X 8GB 

AMD Ryzen 5 Processor

Nvidia GTX 1650 Super

 

will I be able to run Mods? If Not what do you suggest I update I had plans to run a lot of them 😫

if you can run 2k19 with that, you will be able to use mods

While the GeForce GTX 1650 video cards are on the lower end of the spectrum (both performance and especially VRAM wise), it should work at lower resolutions, as long as all the textures and trons you're using aren't too large in size (which shouldn't be a problem with most of them).

Okay I don’t think it’s a 1650S I think it’s just a 1650 is that fine
