No way as the dlc files are not in the uploaded 2k19 file archive. Here is a copy from my game

If you have legitimate steam installation then there is another way if you mess up some files (just run check on those and only the messed up files will be replaced ) but be warned do get all your modded files backed up as these will all be fixed
