Create a moveset mode in-game never loads

Hi. I am completely stumped as to why this is happening. Basically, when I select "Creations/Moveset" in WWE 2K19, it just starts loading and then the red loading bar stops and hangs on that screen forerver, it never loads into Create a Moveset. Anyone have any ideas how to fix this? It's really an inconvenience because I can't edit movesets ingame.
