Universe mode with mods

Hello, hoping for some help. I'm trying to set up a universe mode with mods, and I've added the wrestlers in the Universe 1 slot on CCT. I went to set up my universe and got them added to the show, but then when I went to assign champions, they disappeared. And now they do not show in my universe anymore. They still show if I just want to play a match regularly, but in universe they do not. Does anybody have any suggestions on what the issue could be? Any help is greatly appreciated.
