Trouble with adding modded attire

Hello!

I'm completely new to modding, so maybe someone here can tell me what I'm doing wrong? I downloaded a modded 1994 attire for Bam Bam Bigelow. And I'm using the walkthroughs here as a guide, but I'm not getting the attire to appear. Heres the steps I'm following:

1. download the pac
2. open CCT
3. Right click on Bam Bam and select import pac
4. Add the file in ring attire slot 1 (based on how the pac is named, thats where it should go)
5. Import
6. Run game == Bam Bam in his normal attire

I've tried triggering a save in the game, also regenerating the Chunk but no success. Any tips on what I may be missing?
