How to unlock Jojo and other hidden wrestlers/attires

Hi there, Ive seen tons of videos (

) showing Jojo, Triple H in a tracksuit and other hidden wrestlers/ attires in the game. 

I was hoping one of you could tell me what modding tool is used to unlock these hidden wrestlers and attires and if you could maybe point me in the direction of a video or forum thread detailing how to go about it?

You can change their unlock Status and unlock attires with Data Editor.
