Universe mode error

Sup! Im pretty new to modding and actually only thing i wanted was cm punk and renders for characters. After few days XD I finally manage to do it but unfortunetly i can't open universe mode. If it is important then i used 2011 mitb cm punk and two packs of renders one for all characters and second for modded characters. Sorry for my bad english and i would really appreciate if someone help me.

Renders should not affect if you can "open" your universe mode or not. What else have you changed?

A problem that happens very often and that can cause trouble, that new modders don't maintain order with how they work (don't work "tidy"), so it happens that one and the same file exists two times and more in the games directory. Happened to me as well (:D)

You also have to know that the game does not really care about directory names as it reads out every file there is in all the games directories.

Example: You work on a random file, and you save the original one withon the games directory structure, bust just under a directory "Backup" or "New Directory" the game would still read it out as well the the new/edited files you created and that can cause several troubles (game does not start, crashes back to desktop, one time starts with the modded file, the next time withe the edited, a.o. problems)

If you say it's nothing I described, I can only suggest that you start over with a clean installation of the game.

Hello! You have to install the pac & render files via CCT. Remember to choose "Universe1" when installing a mod into universe mode. 

here is an example, select "universe 1" instead of superstars to use on universe mode:
