Titantron Mods crash game and PC

I recently got 2K19 on Steam and wanted to install characters 

 

I managed to install Matt Riddle and CM Punk along with Entrance mods, the characters work as intended but a huge problem that has persisted the whole time was that all the titantron mods I installed would crash the game and also crash my PC hard, forcing me to restart the whole system

I can't find a way at all to fix this and it's been a pain.

I'm not understanding what's wrong, could I get any help on this?

What exactly happens? You say the computer crashes, but do you get a blue screen, does your PC reboot, shut off just freeze with picutre, is there any sound while that happens (and which one)?

What are the exact system specifications of your system (especially RAM, GPU, CPU, PSU, OS) and how much free space do you have on your game and OS drive(s)?

It could very well be that you're running out of RAM or VRAM, your CPU/GPU may not be able to handle the decoding or maybe your system is just unstable.

In case you're overclocking anything (including the having XMP enabled on the RAM), put the system back to stock clocks or even underclock CPU, RAM and GPU a bit and see if that helps at all.

Basically after the match fully loads, the game hangs when loading the entrances, though crowd noises do play and causes my whole pc to just freeze, forcing me to restart it all. My guess is it's trying to use Titantrons that aren't detected despite me installing them in the game files

 

My PC meets the minimum requirements it lists on Steam (Windows 10, 6 GB Ram, 500 GB of free space)

6GB of System memory is very little, especially if you're modding (6GB is probably the bare minimum Video RAM I'd recommend when modding the game - but available System memory should be 8GB, ideally higher). And you likely also haven't much GPU memory to spare. So it may be that you exceeding your memory and/or video memory capacity by adding the mods. You could try shutting down any background programs you may have running and see if that helps at all or try to lower your desktop and game resolution resolution to the minimum possible and see if that stops it.

Note that, normally if a tron wasn't detected by the game, entrances would still load but the trons simply wouldn't play. But you can still try to move the modded trons out of the game directory and see if the game loads them without. And/or set different trons for your wrestlers with Data Editor for some testing (backup your save first).
If the game hangs due to a tron, it's because it's the wrong format or your PC can't handle the Codec or you're simply running out of (Video) memory (large file size of trons, large file/texture sizes of other mods, etc..).

What else do you have modded? Wrestlers, arenas, entrances etc.? Maybe also some CAWs and CAW arenas (these also eat up lots of memory)? Do your crashes happen with all wrestlers, arenas, entrances etc.. or only certain ones?

Well, other than the 2 modded wrestlers, I also installed the ported entrances mod:

And also installed a mod for renders though I had these issues before installing this one

First, can I ask the filesizes of the gfx you have installed for your mods.

If an entrance crashes right after loading, its usually due to insufficient memory to handle the custom gfx which is often  not optimised unlike the gfx that come with the game. On quite a few occasions, I have had to reencode the gfx files to reduce the filesize.

Apron and Mini trons are both 11,562 KB and ramp and wall trons are 5,960 KB

The Pac files or the bk2 ones?

Hi, the trons you have listed aren’t the titantrons. The titantron videos are the videos for the big screen.

Oops, my bad

I just checked, the trons I got for Punk didn't even have a titantron but the one I got for Riddle was 9.96 MB

 

That may explain my problem with Punk's but doesn't explain the general problem as it happened with Riddle when I first installed him

Okay I tried some new Trons for Punk and I went into the Create A Entrance to see if it works and the game and my pc froze just like before still

 Does this happen with any other gfx you install or just CM Punks?

How did you install the gfx? Through CCT?

Can you try removing the files for the gfx you have installed. ? and try each reinstalling each gfx one at a time  and test in the game to ensure it loads.

It also happened for Matt Riddle as well

 

I installed the GFX by adding the files to the game folders

 

And I did try out removing the GFX by assigning arena trons via Data Editor and the game didn't crash

I tested the GFX for Punk each separately and the only one that worked was the main Titantron

Did you have to change the ID’s for the other trons to ensure they match the slot ?

What file format are the other trons: pac files or bk2 files ?

They were already set to Punk's ID

 

And they're in the pac format

Another thing I've noticed is I've only gotten the Titantron to work, which isn't even apart of trons found in the 'mov' folder
