Load the .moveset file into Data Editor and make sure the music is set for both advanced and easy entrance. Tick all the Media Workarounds as well.

Still the same lol.... This problems happens only when in title match.

Try a different Championship entrance animation and see if the music plays with that. It could be that the animation you're using for the championship entrance is buggy.
