How to do pullback grapple and squatting attack?

In hctp, I can see cpu using the pullback grapple and squatting attack pretty easily. But whenever  I wanted to use it , I couldn't do it. If anyone could help, it would have been fun. Also I don't know how to drag opponent into the centre of the ring from corner.
