Jason Sensation Posted February 5, 2021 Posted February 5, 2021 Hello, REALLY hope someone can help! So, I recently downloaded an image from 2K19 image manager, so I know their servers still work. Also, I'm easily able to upload images still on the website, and the images then display on my XBOX game, but when I click "download", I get the error message "ATTENTION A network error has occurred" - even though I'm connected to the internet??? I don't get it at all. I asked 2K support and they said they didn't know. I've read the EULA and that does nothing. I've disconnected and reconnected, again nothing. PLEASE HELP SOMEONE!!! Quote
sidkaramat Posted February 7, 2021 Posted February 7, 2021 I think the best solution would be to calm down and retry sometime later e.g. after a few hours or next day. I uploaded a 7 meg face png and downloaded in game without issue. So whatever you are facing is some temporary internet issue Quote
