Can Upload Images....But CANNOT Download (Network Error)

Hello, REALLY hope someone can help!

So, I recently downloaded an image from 2K19 image manager, so I know their servers still work. Also, I'm easily able to upload images still on the website, and the images then display on my XBOX game, but when I click "download", I get the error message "ATTENTION A network error has occurred" - even though I'm connected to the internet??? I don't get it at all. I asked 2K support and they said they didn't know. 

I've read the EULA and that does nothing. I've disconnected and reconnected, again nothing. PLEASE HELP SOMEONE!!!

I think the best solution would be to calm down and retry sometime later e.g. after a few hours or next day. I uploaded a 7 meg face png and downloaded in game without issue. So whatever you are facing is some temporary internet issue
