How can I import a superstar model from WWE 2K15 to 2K19 and edit them?

Hi all. The question on the title. I want to get Rey Mysterio's original 2K15 character model and attire to run on WWE 2K19 as an alternate attire and I want to edit it with Photoshop programs and use ingame. I already use CCT and Pac Editor. I can use the every other attire mods in the community via CCT but I want to import a character model from another game to another game and edit them. In addition to these, which programs should I use?

He didn't teach me the character import yet because I already found my Rey Mysterio models from previous games via using the website. They already shared that. But I just learned how to edit all character textures and archive them correctly. But any awesome guy can still tell us how to import characters from previous games. It would be really appreciated.
