New to Modding with questions

Hi all,

I am considering moving from my xbox one version of 2k19 to the PC version and while modding looks pretty intimidating (as I am a total newb with this)

I am willing to to put the work in to learn.  I have a few questions to start with : is it possible to save my finished caw characters over the in game guys?

For example I want to make the whole game my CAW fed and would prefer the whole roster including the already 100 caw slots to be only my CAWS.

Also would I be able to fix things like the title belts looking way to dark in the arenas and maybe putting my fed logo on the banners in some arena sets that have only the in game logos on them like BCW or some arena sets where they are just blank? I recently gotten back into creating on my xbox one version of the game and thought if i could make use of the whole PC version for my fed that I would purchase the PC one.
