Reshape Old Gen Models

I need some help, i can't open old gen models on ReShape, it always says: Error, check valid YOBJ type

yesterday i was working on it some models working for me but i cant change any thing from other models 

one more thing some models from old gen you can open and some you cant like ABA undertaker from 2k14 i can open but when i try to open 2k16 ABA taker its says the same error like you 
and when i try for retro kane from 2k16 its also work but 2k15 retro kane not work i was trying to take 2k15 retro kane mask and import it to 2k16 2001 kane but no
