WWE2K19 main menu broke

I've been having problems with modding wwe2k19 usually whenever i load wrestle plus and i inject pac plus and rebuild def i go in game and the main menu broke and the only thing thats on the menu is Slide show and select menu items and idk how to fix it

First, ensure you're on the latest Steam version of the game.
If that doesn't help, it looks like you might have messed up the String file somehow (either replaced Strings that are relevant for the menu, deleted Strings so the String IDs are no longer the same or something else). Restore your backed up/original String file, rebuild the Chunk0.def with CCT and see if that fixes it.
