Need an answer regarding Injury System

I want to know how the injury system works with cutscenes? Has anybody seen cutscenes for  injury??? I have only seen the referee go up to a wrestler when he is brown and check if he wants to continue. I have NEVER seen a cutscene for an injury or the stretcher coming out in Universe Mode.

I have beaten opponents to brown, purple and even grey multiple times. Still, no cutscenes for a serious injury or a stretcher coming out. They are only non-playable for a long time after when they are grey in injury. And a news-story in the text "News". But no cutscenes. Not even when they come back from the serious injury, nothing, no attack on the one that injured them or anything else.

Is that broken in the game or is it a bug, or do you need to play with steam online to get the cutscenes for injuries??

How long do you have to beat on an opponent when he is grey before he collapses and can´t go on?? I havn´t seen them collapse or anything at all when they are grey, they can just come back and win out of nowhere if you try to beat on them for too long.

I am really frustrated with this, does anyone have any info on this and why I am not seeing any cutscenes for injuries?

(I have many mods in my universe mode, does that make the game not play cutscenes properly??)
