Need help with disappearing rivals in Universe

Hello,

I am having an issue with my Universe with Superstars disappearing from rivals system.  For example, The Rock is my WWE champion, however when I want to start a rival he is no where to be found.  I have tried to delete the show, deleting all rivals from other shows, and a few other workarounds that I could of.

However, he is gone and can not be found

I have combed both SmalkTalks and Google, and I see others report this issue but couldn’t find a solution.  Is there a known solution or workaround for this issue?
