Does anybody know if kg971 trainer for pc actually allows you to do special guest referee matches because that is what its advertising. But I don't see any evidence of it online(no video proof).

Hi,

 No it doesn’t. 
All it will do is swap the referee with an in-game character you select in memory but you can’t control the ref in the game just as you can’t do with any selected referee.
