I couldn't find an Ultimo Dragon for 2k19 yet so I got @LeonRick's permission to share a direct port of his 2k17 Ultimo Dragon. Also tried my first recolor job to make a green alternate attire similar to what he wore at WCW Hog Wild. It's not amazing but might tide you over until one of the main eventers find time to make a 2k19 version. Might share more stuff here as I learn more.
