Changing the ringside announcers.

Hello and happy holidays,

I disable the audio for the announcers in the game but I'm curious, can you change those characters? Example: Could I change Byron Saxton to a mod of Vince McMahon?? I would think you could but I can't recall seeing this done. 

Also.. How do you change the in ring announcer to a different character, say Howard Finkel? I've seen this on YouTube. I know @BamBams Universe has done this. I would think both would be possible.
