How do you port models to 2k19?

Hi! I've been a longtime lurker of these forums, and I'd like to port over my own models to the game like @CaW Life, @Joe Mashups, @DFM85, @Refat, and others have done, but I know little to nothing about how to start. I have blender and a few models.

Is there a tutorial available or could someone guide me in the right direction?
