Universal Mode not seeing anyone getting a stretcher

I am wondering why I am not seeing wrestlers get seriously injured in matches and not getting up, match get called off, or wrestlers getting carried out or rolled out on the stretcher?? I have several wrestlers in matches that has had brown, purple, blue and even dark grey color on their torso. The one that had grey didn´t even show signs of not being able to move, he moved like he used too. It only said in the "News" after the match that he had been seriously injured and had to vacate the title.

Why are there no cutscenes of him being seriously injured or carried out`? And why is there no cutscene of the title being vacated?

This happened on the minor show Live205. It was a default character, Stone Cold vs Andre the Giant.
