Custom Character Tools

I downloaded custom character tools but it wont show up on my desktop or in the bottom left so how do I open it?

Could be that your Firewall or Antivirus is blocking the program. Set CCT as an exception in both and try to open it again.

I think with CCT when you first download it and open the zip file, it extracts as a folder. The exe is just inside that folder, so you need to open it from there unless you create a shortcut etc.
