tools not working

Ok so I downloaded custom Character Tools, data editor and sound editor and it won’t let me run either of them on my pc how do I fix that?

You need to run them as Administrator. If you don't have administrator privileges, ask your system administrator for assistance.

It's also possible that you'll have to set an exception for each program in whichever security software you're using.

Also, you can't run Windows 10 in the crippled "S Mode" or it won't allow you to run any apps that aren't in the Windows Store.
