How to turn rar Files into ch.pac files

Hey Guys,

I am pretty new to the world of modding and doing my first steps... I have already modded a few Superstars into my Steam Version of WWE 2k19 but I am having some issues...

The Problem is, if I download a Character from 2kmodz it will most of the time be a rar File, which I can't open via CCT. The same Problem is with movesets and pofos....

Is there a Possibility to turn these rar files into the ch.pac files/Pofo Files/Moveset Files needed?
