how do you assign referee to specific arenas?

Trying to figure out what setting i need to change to assign specific referee to a specific arena. For example if i want all the NXT arenas to have "Standard Referee 2" what setting do i adjust. I figured its probably something in the Misc01_Start or Misc04 file but not sure what setting to adjust.

misc01, i believe the column is named "ref", not sure of the values though.  you will have to assign for each arena
