Replace Loading Screens

Apologies in advance if this has been covered somewhere. I searched “loading screens” and 98 pages of results came back. So my answers may very well be buried somewhere in there.

1) I’d like to replace the menu loading screens with custom images. These are the loading screens that usually have a wrestler’s quote with a picture of that wrestler. Is there a tutorial somewhere of creating pac files with custom images that can replace these loading screens?
 

2) The prematch loading screen: these always have a description of the payback system going across the bottom of the screen. Is there a way to disable that description?
